This guy from the word go new what he was talking about when it came to selling my mums property. He knows his job and the industry really well. As soon as you speak to Sam you can tell he has the Gift of the Gab! He impressed myself and my wife with his knowledge and skills in selling houses. I barely had to do a thing, he prepared all the contracts along with Daisy and referred me to a stylist to furnish mums house and this made a huge difference when you sell your house. He even paid for the stylist knowing that I did not have the money as all monies are tied up in mums estate.
