Great Job!
Sam have done a great job in selling our property at an outstanding outcome, the price we got went beyond our expectations. He’s very knowledgeable in his role, he has good communication skill, he explains and go through & making sure we understood the whole process. We just have to seat back & relax while he’s working really to achieve the best possible outcome. We are so glad that we’ve chosen him to represent on our behalf. We’re very happy with the results & would highly recommend Sam!

Best in the business
Wow, what can I say about the great Sam Ruisi and his team. Sam had a difficult sale because the property wasn't in the best location. Sam was extremely professional, communication was on point and best of all he got me the sale price I wanted. Before I sold the team managed my properties for years and let me just say these guys are truly great and really care.

Excellent service, professional in every aspect!
I purchased my property 4 years ago and moved away from the area. I had very limited knowledge of the market and agents in the area when I decided to sell. I chose Sam after making enquiries with several other agents - he stood out to me from the get go as he was enthusiastic and highly professional in his approach. My experience with Sam continued to be seamlessly easy and he did a truly incredible job. The communication and updates were frequent and he worked extremely hard for me to deliver the best result. Overall using Sam as my selling agent was the perfect decision. Not being from the Wetherill Park area I had an objective view and I can confidently say I made the best decision possible. Our selling experience with Sam was more than we could've hoped for!
