Let me just start by saying I don’t usually write reviews if at all because I am time poor and very busy. In light of this fact, I believe my amazing experience with Sam should be highlighted to help those of you looking to sell with a professional agent. Depending on who you ask and what metric you use, Sam isn’t considered as the “Number 1” agent in the area of Bossley Park. Though I can confirm that he is very passionate about his job and hungry for success. He is hard working and will work with you and get the best possible result for you. I spoke with several other agents, both in and around the area, and was met with either low baller agents who undervalued my property significantly below the market or gave me unrealistic prices to try and lure me in to sign a contract for my business. Sam is unconventional. He doesn’t tell you what you want to hear to get your business (though he could), he just asks that you trust him and his processes. Admittedly I was very skeptical of this at first but I took a chance on Sam because he demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism; characteristics which I don’t usually associate with real estate agents. On top of this, Sam always picks up his phone. He will always make himself available to take your call and if not, will get back to you within the day to answer your queries and address all your concerns. A word of warning, most agents will promise you the world and more often than not, deliver short of their promises, take your hard earned money in fees and be done with you. I’ve had many dealings with several agents across Sydney with my investment properties and Sam is by far one of the best I’ve come across in the last 15 years. Sam and his team did an amazing job managing my property and obtained an excellent result on the day of the auction. Don’t just take my word for it.
