It was an unusual transaction with Bernadette. I was not able to be in attendance at Young to view the property that I was interested in purchasing. My son Terry acted on my behalf to view the property with the assistance from Bernadette. She was professional courteous and more than helpful in making our decision to purchase the property. Nothing was a problem to her she showed us other properties to consider, but at no stage did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase on one or another.
