After 3 years as a returning client, I applied for a rental property. Property Manager Andrew gave a call after receiving application and request for few missing documents. I uploaded all documents. Next day got email and call from asst manager Mary that my application has been approved. The person who showed us around the property was very friendly and provided information that we needed and reassured us that they could communicate with the landlord regarding having pets in the property. The person who contacted us about our application was very helpful and attentive. Only issue is the 3 Docu sign emails that we keep receiving after already signing the document and have been confirmed from the team, stated they will be sorting it out but unfortunately hasn't been done yet as we are still recieving it. Overall, they have a great team.

Our tenant moved out in January, left our place in a horrible condition. Due to my property manager on lease, Bruno Silva took over and he makes sure everything is taking care of, his communication skills are excellent, professional knowledge is lavishness and always responsive.
