Professional and easy to deal with.
Engaged Chris to sell a unit in Lakemba. From the outset we found Chris pleasant and easy to talk to. During the sale process Chris was professional, kept us updated on what was happening and provided good local knowledge that assisted. We sold during a changing market which presented some challenges but Chris was able to secure the sale in a timely manner. We enjoyed our dealings with Chris and would definitely use him again if the need arose.

Easy, Responsive & Realistic
Being a first time vendor in an unpredictable market was daunting. I chose Chris and the team at Ralph First Real Estate for 2 specific reasons, one I had dealt with Chris as the buyer when I purchased the property and two when I approach him to sell I was given honest and realistic feedback and advice. Chris' experience and knowledge of the property market and geographical location was exceptional and he always provided timely responses even afterhours and on the weekend. Great Experience All Round!
Marc recently helped me sell an apartment. The whole process happened very quickly and Marc was very informative the whole time, checking in with me and updating me. Genuine and communicative at all times
Marc of Ralph First has been one of the most helpful and informative real estate agents I have ever interacted with. His knowledge of the local area and market, as well as his honesty and forthright attitude to my property and the proposed pricing, meant that when we went to market, the offered and accepted price was within 5% of the initial pricing and the sale proceeded without issue. Marc was communicative and gave regular updates, and has been nothing but genuine and understanding in all my dealings with him. I would gladly use Marc and Ralph First in the future for any rental, purchase, or sales needs.
