They have managed m property since 2016 and have bee excellent. The have been great all the way, During the recent Covid -19 situation, my tenants had to move out as they bought a new property and hence had to find new tenants. Nadine from the Agency have been great and always happy to assist with finding replacement tenants. Took a few weeks and negotiation ( rent ) we managed to find new tenants. Thanks again Nadine ! We have a extremely bad experience with the previous tenants (from November 2019 to June 2020) for the above property. They were constantly delayed in paying rents (in some instance, more than 6 weeks in arrear). To make the situation worst and for unknown reasons, the agent did not advise me of the situation, it was me checking the monthly statement and realised that the rentals were with a BIG ZERO amount. Upon liaising with the agent, I was deeply disappointing that Ralph did not set up direct debit with the offending tenants in the first place, more disturbance, allowed the tenants to make partial payments. On the positive side, I must comment Sarah Hamaoui for her professional and dedicated services, with her persistence and constantly communication between both of us, we finally kicked the tenants out and within 3 weeks, she was able to find another tenants. I sincerely thank Sarah for a wonderful service. I will select Ralph if and only if Sarah Hamaoui is my property manager.
