I was looking for a new agency about 15 months ago and after meeting Marc, began using his agency for property management under Bruno who has been doing a great job, before eventually selling the family block of 4 home units. I found Marc to be very knowledgeable and attentive. He always returned my calls promptly and answered any queries that I had. All open houses before the sale were well organised and the auction of our property was well attended with 11 registrations for bidding. Marc helped us immensely to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several weeks). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than we’d imagined. Marc gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Marc made it as painless and straightforward as possible. He even recommended a solicitor (who is really so good) in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Marc was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our contract and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He would assist us with all the bank inspections, plan and collaborate with the bank, owners and solicitors which actually made us stress-free. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Marc! We asked him a tonne of questions every day (some meaningful and a few silly questions) and he patiently answered each of those - in most cases she went one step further to provide additional context for us to understand things better. This made our transaction very smooth! All in all - very transparent & easy to work with! The home purchase experience seemed much easier with Marc by our side. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Marc again or give him anything but the highest recommendation.

I came to realize Chris Wilding is a very well trained and an experienced agent.He possess great problem resolutions and communications skills. He demonstrated great knowledge of the general and local housing market, including demographics, average house prices, public transport options, schools and even local council regulations. His contract handling was also smooth never second guessing himself. He did a great job at bringing the vendor and ourselves (first time home buyers ) together even with all the worries we were feeling to a deal that all parties were happy with. Well Done Chris!
