Mark has been fantastic since I met him - when we met he figured out what I would like and very quickly organised for me to see a property he knew of. It suited me perfectly and I am now purchasing the home that he organised for me to see. I am so happy that he took the initiative to show me the property and make the whole process so easy and seamless, and incredibly efficient and prompt. Negotiation process wasn't stressful, contract wasn't stressful, cooling off period wasn't stressful. Marc clearly has great rapport with his clients on both ends and wants the best for both. Great and speedy communication from the get go. I didn't think that buying an apartment could be such a straightforward process until I this experience as I had previously dealt with some difficult agents. Just shows common sense and good character gets you a long way in real estate! A huge thanks, would highly recommend.

Quick, clear to the point and no wasting time.
