I both purchased and sold this property with Marc and Ralph Real Estate so I know what it's like to deal with him from both sides. Marc is responsive, honest and straight forward to work with. When I put my property on the market, Marc worked hard (including making a visit to the purchasers to negotiate in person!) to turn around the sale in a short time. He was successful in negotiating a price that allowed me to make a timely offer on another property I was interested in. I was kept well updated through phone and email along the way which is helpful when you're looking to purchase at the same time as selling.
