So I had no worries in who I was going to get to sell my property when I listed my property for sale a year later. I both purchased and sold this property with Marc and Ralph Real Estate so I know what it's like to deal with him from both sides. Marc is responsive, honest and straight forward to work with. When I put my property on the market, Marc worked hard (including making a visit to the purchasers to negotiate in person!) to turn around the sale in a short time. He was successful in negotiating a price that allowed me to make a timely offer on another property I was interested in. I was kept well updated through phone and email along the way which is helpful when you're looking to purchase at the same time as selling. Would recommend Marc to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the Lakemba area. He has great local knowledge and a good work ethic that will get you over the line.
