My headline says it all. Scott and the Rance Property team run a very well established business; their dedication and deep understanding of the market shine through within moments of making contact. The Rance office runs very well because they're organised and you can tell. The best thing about the Rance team, in my experience, was the communication. Scott always answers the phone, if you do miss him, he calls right back. I've dealt with other agents in the past who don't communicate as well, or don't know their stuff, and it can be frustrating.
