Scott and l had a good rapport, when l first started looking prices were high but things changed, l did like two other properties but the agents for them ,well they didnt make it happen, scott came across as honest and knowledgeable ,as a buyer you want to pay your price that may not be realistic in todays market, scott acted very honestly for the vendor and got it sold,so if you are a seller or a buyer please give him a go.
