We had the pleasure to deal with Grant as a buyer back in 2016. His open, friendly, and no pressure approach made us feel very comfortable, and we have great memories after successfully buying our first home with him. At the time when we decided to sell our property, it was 100% clear that we wanted Grant to be in charge of the selling process, so that the buyer can have the same welcoming experience. From a vendor perspective, it was even a bigger pleasure to work with Grant.
