Mick and the team made a process which had initially seemed quite daunting seem rather simple in the end. They were prompt in replying to all of our queries, and their answers invariably turned out to be spot on. They provided clear updates and advice about presenting the house, and were very quick to report back to us after the open houses. Mick was also happy to share tips about purchasing our next property and these turned out to be really helpful. Once the initial offer had been made Mick was excellent in his liasing with the buyer and communicating with all parties involved about revised offers, building inspections and final inspections. We were delighted with how quickly and smoothly the process evolved and felt included in every step along the way. We were initially hopeful of getting a sale within a month of listing, but it turned out to be much quicker than that. I would recommend using Ranges First National to anyone who asked without hesitation.
