At the time when we decided to sell our property, it was 100% clear that we wanted Grant to be in charge of the selling process, so that the buyer can have the same welcoming experience. From a vendor perspective, it was even a bigger pleasure to work with Grant. His friendly nature definitely helped to have a smooth selling process but his organisational, administrative and communicative talent was beyond our high expectations.
