We had planned on downsizing from our house, and block of land, to something smaller but wanted to remain in the area. We saw a house that suited us perfectly but in order to buy it we needed to sell both our house and land ( seperate titles ) and do it quickly. However we still wanted a fair price for our property. Mick gave us the knowledge and the confidence to proceed - making each step sound achievable. He struck very fair deals with us as both purchasers and vendors and kept us informed every step of the way. We are extremely grateful for his advice, negotiating skills and commitment to helping us to achieve our goal. We would definitely recommend his services.

I would highley recomend Janet and Mick to help you with the sale of your home. I have lived in my beautiful home in Upwey for 18 years and was so scared to sell it but I needed to sell and downsize. Janet and Mick sold my home within two weeks of it being on the market! They were always there to help with any questions or whenever I started to stress , they would reassure me and work around my time schedule. I only had to have two open for inspectons and they also gave me plenty of time before bringing any purchers through the house. Lots of handy hints to help get the house ready. It honestly was like dealing with friends rather than a business. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life and those two made it seem so easy. Wouldnt go with anyone else!

Didn't make the money we anticipated but she did try. Seems our place was a difficult product. Maybe a lesser monetary estimate at the start would have lessened the pain at the end.

From first meeting with Mick his knowledge of the local market we were selling in was apparent, From what was need to be achieved for sale and what was recommended for best price. A 6 month journey in total from start to listing for a 2 week sale over 60 groups of buyers viewing the property. Can not recommend First national enough.
