My property was placed on the market at a time when the market was relatively stagnant due to various factors including changes to lending criteria and so on, and also leading up the the Federal election. Grant was very encouraging during a period when I was starting to become impatient. The property needed a lot of work which naturally reduced the potential market. After one false start, and after many man hours by Grant, some young 'tradies' appeared and we got a result in the end. Thank you once again Grant and all at First National Belgrave.
