I cannot speak more highly of Grant and First National Real Estate. My partner and I had fallen in love with a particular property and were eager to make an offer to the owners. Unfortunately the owners were having some difficulty meeting us at the table due to issues of their own, and consequently the process became very lengthy and dragged on for quite some time (over 7 months!).
