I cannot speak more highly of Grant and First National Real Estate. My partner and I had fallen in love with a particular property and were eager to make an offer to the owners. Unfortunately the owners were having some difficulty meeting us at the table due to issues of their own, and consequently the process became very lengthy and dragged on for quite some time (over 7 months!). Grant could have easily passed up on the sale but instead he insisted on seeing it through to the end, while also making sure all parties were happy with the result. He really went above and beyond for everyone involved. We finally have our dream home and we owe it all to Grant and his ongoing efforts!
