When we began the process of looking for an agent to sell our property we spoke to three companies in the Monbulk/Belgrave area. The first agent appraised our property to be worth between $430,000 and $460,000 the next agent suggested it was worth between $450,000 and $475,000. When we saw Jan she valued our property between $480,000 and $528,000. I know Mick is a very experienced and professional agent, and we were very happy with his knowledge and professionalism. We were very happpy with the price he got for the land. I always believed it was worth what we sold it for, but we were happy we got the price so early on. A piece of land like we had was a bit of a one off, so it needed to be really sold to any potential buyer. What I was not so happy with was that after only about 5 weeks on the market I was asked that maybe I should consider offers under $500.000. I actually spoke to the buyer myself on about 3/4 occasions and feel I had a big input in selling the land to him. Overall I was happy with my experience with First Natianal and I would recommend Mick and First Natianal. Regards Patrick
