I know Mick is a very experienced and professional agent, and we were very happy with his knowledge and professionalism. We were very happpy with the price he got for the land. I always believed it was worth what we sold it for, but we were happy we got the price so early on. A piece of land like we had was a bit of a one off, so it needed to be really sold to any potential buyer. What I was not so happy with was that after only about 5 weeks on the market I was asked that maybe I should consider offers under $500.000. I actually spoke to the buyer myself on about 3/4 occasions and feel I had a big input in selling the land to him.
