Selling property can be a daunting prospect anyways, but based interstate adds to the complexity. Looking online through the plethora of 'very eager' real estate companies wanting to sell my property, was almost overwhelming. In the end I decided to go with my gut instincts & I'm glad I did. Hayleigh proved that there's more to selling a property than flashing marketing & statistics. Finesse, communication & tact, are definitely winning traits when dealing with all parties involved in this process. Juggling with time difference & my nightshift roster, I was kept update & involved in decisions that mattered. Even when there were early morning & after hour calls to the Gold Coast, completely professional. The end result was well above what I was expecting & in a timely fashion.
