Good market experience, great service

I’ve had an excellent experience with Raine & Horne City Living and, in particular, James. I worked with James in two different capacities, first as a tenant, renting a property in Pyrmont with my partner, and then as a landlord, renting out my own property through the agency. In both instances, the service was outstanding. James was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely easy to deal with. He made the process straightforward from both sides and was always proactive in keeping me informed and getting things done. It’s not often you get to experience an agency from both the tenant and landlord perspective, but my experience in both cases was consistently excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending James and the team at Raine & Horne City Living to anyone looking to rent a property or have their property managed.
