Adrian approached the sale of my property with a no bullshit attitude and communication style. This is something I certainly prefer in this day and age of sales quackery. Every time he said he was going to call me to update me on what was happening, he did. My property was also sold above initial appraisal expectations. You can't ask for much more than that.
