We had been looking for a house to purchase for several months. Our experiences with real estate agents had been, to say it kindly, rather poor, up until working with Adrian, Zac and Chloe from Southside property group. Dealing with them was a refreshing change from the often pushy sales tactics and utter lack of knowledge we had come to expect from any real estate agent. We first met Adrian, Zac and Chloe at an open house in the area. The house was not exactly what we were looking for and we explained to them why. They were fabulous to deal with, they listened to us when we explained what we were looking for and were able to suggest several other properties that were for sale or would be coming up for sale in the area shortly. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions we threw at them. Having recently divorced, I was looking for a house in or around Acacia Ridge. Having looked at a couple of dozen homes in the area and not having success with the (requirements VS cost) and fast sales on ones that did fit my needs. A house came up on Mortimer Road that looked good. I contacted Southside Property Group and Zac responded quickly and I was able to view the house that same day. I expressed my interest. There was an open house on the upcoming Saturday where I was able speak with both Adrian and Zac regarding my position and my concerns. They did actually listen to me and suggested I view the other open houses in the area that day, mainly to compare value for money. There was no hard sell. As we spoke of other homes in the area, they were able to tell me about the recent history of most of them. I caught up with Adrian and Zac at another open house that day and submitted an offer that was accepted that afternoon. Their assistance was most helpful in completing the transaction.They were never pushy but gave me the timeline of when things needed to be done by.
