Darren worked tirelessly in extreme circumstances immediately after the cyclone to bring about the open home for our property, which had been postponed due to the inclement weather conditions. Well he did not disappoint, he was able to show several buyers through our property and sucessfully negotiated a settlement with our purchaser - in fact it was a very rapid settlement (2weeks). During this time Darren was constantly communicating with both parties keeping everyone informed. Excellent!!

Eliza was always contactable and kept us up to date with all inquiries during the marketing of our investment. Her local care and attention to detail was invaluable due to us being interstate (preparing property and providing updates after severe storms just one example that alleviated our stress). When first sale fell through (due to buyer finance issue). Eliza promptly secured another buyer and assisted them with securing property management services for smooth transition for purchaser post settlement.

Emma is very enthusiastic, professional, approachable, and also patient to my lame English, she is also very helpful and always ready to help. And im not familiar with my responsibility as the owner such as if i need to look after the swimming pool or something, she explained to me, and also she offered to help me with waiving my first bills from the city council as it created before my moving in, which i appreciate very much. I strongly recommend her as property sales agency, and when im ready for next property investment she'd be my first choice.

Emma was exemplary. Her communication was clear at all times. Throughout the process we did not feel pressured at any point, which we valued a lot. While selling is a stressful process, which comes with rough patches and roadblocks, Emma seemed to always find a solution and a way forward.
