From the moment I put an enquiry on the property both Eliza and her team were accessible and happy to answer any and all questions. Eliza took the time to speak with me after working hours to get to know me as a buying to ensure the property was suitable. Upon arrival for my private inspection Eliza was not only professional but genuine and walked us through the whole property instead of just telling us to look for ourselves. Any questions we had, she had the answer. Once our offer was accepted Eliza continued to be available for anything and everything including providing us with referrals to assist our move and understand our new community. Darren was a magnificent agent, from the first meeting with through to end of the sale Darren cannot be faulted. He has an excellent knowledge of the area and is a great negotiatior. Darren's communication was excellent and kept us immediately informed after every activity relating to the sale regardless of how minor. Darren is totally honest and transparent.
