We had our mother's home at an over 55's village for sale through the village with no interest from buyers and no co-operation from the salesman. Once it was listed through Emma things changed dramatically. The feedback was constant and Emma was always contactable and so easy to deal with. I have no doubt the house sold quicker because of Emma's hard work. We can not thank her or recommend her enough.

Jake is an excellent agent through every stage of the process. I've now bought and sold via Jake and his treatment of me as a client on both ends has been a great experience. Jake is exceptionally generous with his time, his responsiveness and genuinely makes the whole process much easier to navigate (whether that's buying or selling a property). My wife and I couldn't be happier we sold our property with Jake. Not only did he achieve the record sale price for a 2bed 1bath townhouse in slacks creek (and 4127 postcode for a period) but his emphasis on helping us as sellers made the whole thing relatively stress free.
