Emma was exemplary. Her communication was clear at all times. Throughout the process we did not feel pressured at any point, which we valued a lot. While selling is a stressful process, which comes with rough patches and roadblocks, Emma seemed to always find a solution and a way forward. Inspection: They were on time, friendly and could answer my questions. They gave me an information pack which had the specific details about the property which I thought was a great touch. Purchasing process: As soon as I expressed interest in the property; Eliza was available to answer questions and facilitate the process so that it flowed smoothly and in a timely manner.
