Fabulous Property Management
Where do I start with Kimberley, my Property Manager from All Properties Group! Kimberley is one of the most personable, trustworthy property managers I have had over the last 12yrs as a landlord! I’m only sad that it took me 10.5yrs to find her. After having to leave another Realestate agency, I entrusted All Properties Group with my investment property and it was the best decision I could have made. Kimberley’s communication with both myself and my tenants was always prompt with issues followed up and corrected with little involvement needed from me. I completely trusted Kimberley in all aspects of the management of my property and would highly recommend Kimberley and All Properties Group, Greater Springfield.

Great Agency - Putting you first
From day one you are their priority. Friendly, professional and knowledge personnel. They put no pressure what so ever on you and try to address your requirements. Their process is very easy and user friendly. With the Covid-19 pedemic they have you covered. Highly recommend. Put them to the test and you will be happy and satisfied as I was.

Excellent customer service
I have a few rental properties and deal with different agents. All Properties Group are the best I have dealt with. They have recently leased my rental property in Brookwater within a week. This is the second time they have managed to lease the property within a short time frame. The most impressive aspect is their communication with the property owners. They have kept me abreast of every stage. I have not had to chase them for any updates. Well done to the team! Highly recommended.

Well trained and professional staff
Our experience as landlords with APG Greater Springfield has been both positive and refreshing. The rental team of Melissa, Belinda, and Olivia have been lovely to deal with and very professional. We also bought the property through APG and our agent Angela was very understanding, patient, and easy to deal with. We continue to employ APG as our rental property agency and would recommend them to anyone.
