Ray White Brookwater and Greater Springfield have been a dream team since purchasing my investment property just over a year ago now. Jonathon McMahon who is the principle of Ray White Brookwater & Greater Springfield was the agent who had listed and sold me the investment house when it was vacant and due to that excellent experience I decided to use his team to manage my property. I was kept fully informed throughout the listing/letting process and they achieved my asking weekly rent price with excellent tenants. I have continual online access to the property and I receive regular statements and rent payments. Furthermore they have organised new compliant smoke alarms to be installed and minor repairs, and now they even deal with rates and water utilities directly! Any new legislation and compliance issues such as a recent water test for leakage they've notified me and offered to organise to do on my behalf which I gratefully accept. Property inspections are regular and again I'm always informed and invited to attend well ahead of time.
