Started out well with Graham, was an enthusiastic individual, very old school, shorts and thongs. Had mentioned if we had any issues what so ever after purchasing to just give him a buzz and he'll sort it out, within a few days we had several issues(We had an inspector, none of it was structural apparently, also Graham said we'd be wasting our time getting a report..) So we messaged away he was very passive aggressive and defensive upon us querying, showed 0 empathy to our situation and basically said stuff ya's. Started off as a good experience, as soon as he got his 18k from the sale he didn't care at all...I guess that's how it goes.

Alan and I live 5 hours apart and have been looking for our together forever home. Living near the beach was not negotiable, having flat ground was also not negotiable. We were in town for one day on other business when we saw a couple of properties that we'd like to view. Called the first agent, sorry guys I opened it yesterday come back Wednesday. (we were in Albany one day and no finance clauses to contend with, he didn't know that & who's telling!) Called the second agent, sure are you able to hold off for an hour while I finish what I'm doing? 3 hours later we were signing on the dotted line. After Rita was prepared to drop everything else for us and of course the property is pretty much everything we wanted we decided to buy it a year earlier than planned. Nothing seemed too hard for Rita she took our circumstances in her stride worked with us (the 3 of us live in different towns) and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have purchased two properties and sold one with Rita. Although the market was not good for selling, Rita never lost sight of the goal and kept plugging away until the property was sold. When buying, we had a specific idea in mind and Rita patiently showed us property after property with most of the attributes we wanted until at last she found the right property for us.
