complacent, doesn't care.

Started out well with Graham, was an enthusiastic individual, very old school, shorts and thongs. Had mentioned if we had any issues what so ever after purchasing to just give him a buzz and he'll sort it out, within a few days we had several issues(We had an inspector, none of it was structural apparently, also Graham said we'd be wasting our time getting a report..) So we messaged away he was very passive aggressive and defensive upon us querying, showed 0 empathy to our situation and basically said stuff ya's. Started off as a good experience, as soon as he got his 18k from the sale he didn't care at all...I guess that's how it goes.

Very positive selling experience

Very Professional Agent

Holly was having a baby during the process of selling my house, but was very hands on in her absence. She left me in the capable hands of Linda Knight and a little help from Rhett Ball; so the whole process was handled very, very professionally. I have no complaints.
