Ben is a local who knows the Illawarra and the market well. He is friendly and approachable. I like the way Ben holds himself professionally and is courteous respectful and has no issues explaining one of the biggest decisions you will make either buying or selling. He replies to your emails, texts or phone calls promptly and is always happy and positive. He has a great vibe to his selling. I highly recommend Ben to sell your property or even to buy one from. He is upfront and does not give false misleading information to you. It was great to see a agent who keeps you informed from day 1. Ben was amazing and so professional for us ,we spoke from interstate and he took away the worries for us and took charge of everything for us ..Dee and I flew in and went down to Bens office to meet him in person and while we were waiting for him a young lady spoke with us and made us feel sooo welcome and took it upon herself to go and buy us a cup of coffee ☕️,it was a privilege to meet Ben in person and to see up front his happy and professional and caring manner..thanks for everything Ben
