I have never done a review on someone But all I can say is that in our situation Ben has been the best bloke to deal with . He is calming in his approach and manner. punctual and diligent person striving to achieve the best outcome. We found Ben to be very honest and trustworthy, with his area knowledge people skills and client base he gave us a realistic sales price that would sell our house . He would always be in contact with giving us updates on what Is happening . He worked around us with the open houses and inspections and even got us into our new place ASAP it has been the easiest process to complete Mark and Tammy

We were looking to purchase an investment property. We attended an open house at the property we ultimately purchased. We were pleased with the knowledge and co-operation received from the agent, including them contacting us with a range of feasible rental rates that we could expect. Ray White were able to negotiate a rental arrangement with the vendor for us soon after signing the purchase contract. Ray white has been managing the rental for us and to date we are happy with their service.

Our experience with Ben was nothing but exceptional! He was punctual, helpful and very professional. As it was our first time purchasing a property, we didn’t really know what to expect and Ben made our experience super positive and not as stressful as what we thought it could have been. He did not pressure us in any way, and was very calm, where in the past with other realestate agency’s we did not have this experience. If we had a question he could answer it and if he couldn’t answer it he would have an answer for us by that afternoon or night, he made the whole process of moving in very smooth and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening.
