This was the first property that we had put up for sale and Ben was professional in every way. There were several challenges that resulted in delays (nothing to do with Ben) and he assisted where he could to keep the sale on track. His staff (Montana & Bernadette) also went above and beyond during the process and I found his fees to be comparatively competitive. His communication was exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and his office.
