I was told selling a house and purchasing a property can be 1 of the most stressful times but Ben was professional and told us exactly what to expect from the start, the hole transaction, although it felt like 6 months, from putting our 2 property's on the market selling them and purchasing Burdekin dr was done and dusted in 2 months, i put this down to Ben being honest about the sale price of our home and helping us negotiate a buying price so we could have a smooth and stress free transition with zero hold ups. I dealt with a few other estate agents before talking to Ben and 1 had me signed sealed and had contracts drawn up within 3 days when all we did was have a look at a house, that was stressful....Ben was very professional and always asked us how we were going and never pushed the sale , he knew this was our first big sale and new purchase in 17 years and not once tried to pull the wool over our eyes, would recommend Ben and ray white albion park to everyone and if, this is a big if as this is our for ever home, i ever sell and buy again i would look up Ben first.
