Dean exceeded our expectations in all areas and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Dean was communicative and responsive, ensuring we knew what was happening and that any questions we had were answered. This has to have been the most pleasant and easy sale we've ever had, despite difficult circumstances (deceased estate). Dean is an honest and trustworthy guy. Highly recommend!

We had been searching for five weeks and had met all types of people. Dean was a refreshing find. He guided us honestly and gently through the whole process. His communication between ourselves and the seller was outstanding and the end result was an all round enjoyable and feel good experience for all parties concerned. We found the house we wanted and we were prepared to pay for it and we are happy with the value for money. The sellers are happy as I believe it was more than they anticipated. I wish I had many houses that I needed to sell. If that was the case i would give each and every one of them to Dean to sell. When I first met Dean, I thought he looked a little too young for my taste as I had in my mind a middle aged person would be more suited to sell our property. How wrong was I !!!! When I signed on the dotted lines to give Dean the contract to sell our house, it was the best decision I had made for a long time. He conducted himself very professionally at all time. Very easy to deal with, not pushy, would suggest ideas and leave it up to us to decide if we wanted to take up the offer or not. after 2 weeks of dealing with Dean and seeing the result he has produced, we decided to give him "Carte Blanche" the house was his little baby, he had our approval to do what ever he saw fit. He would keep us informed at all time of any development, without bombarding us with phone calls and emails. He would get straight to the point, and not waste our time, with what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone wishing to sell their property, he would assess the house and give you a fair and reasonable selling price. In our case he ended up getting a much higher price than we had anticipated. Even higher than what was agreed on, on the contract. Thanks Dean for selling our house in record time, and at above market price. You are a champion and will go very far in your career.
