Debbie is welcoming and knowledgeable re the home for sale and the surrrounding areas. Easy to build a rapport with her friendly manner, but also very professional. Excellent communication in a timely manner. A successful outcome for us and would recommend highly.

What Lee did well: 1. Understood very quickly that the best and effective way to communicate with us was via text; 2. Was very forthcoming with information when requested; What Lee/LJ Hooker can do better: 1. Get all the paperwork done right the first time around rather than leave it to the buyer to check for mistakes. There were repeated mistakes that had to be corrected multiple times; 2. Be transparent and prepared with all the necessary information such as: bodcorp, leasing, keys etc.; 3. Be proactive and share the information with serious buyers ahead of time; 4. Every time we've bought properties, the agents usually drop off a goodie bag, that has not happened this time around - this gives the buyer a feeling that the sale was merely transactional and there was no going the extra mile; 5. We were tracking the property on realestate.com.au - there were no updates posted on the listing through the stages of the purchase - e.g. "under contract" or "unconditional" etc.

Chris is an excellent agent, very thorough answered all our questions and was very flexible with meeting times and calls. Very professional and we definitely got more than what we were originally anticipating so we are very happy with the end result. Definitely would use him again in the future 10/10.

I was so unsure about what to expect in such a turbulent market, and after seeing multiple houses sell in my street for what I would have previously considered “insane” prices, (in a quiet suburban area) I knew it was time to make a move. I met with Tandi and explained my reservations and expectations from the get-go. She was extremely patient and eased my decision making process; in fact, we were so in tune with our decisions about the process along the way it made everything absolutely seamless. Tandi truly understands how to sell houses.
