Be transparent and prepared with all the necessary information such as: bodcorp, leasing, keys etc.; 3. Be proactive and share the information with serious buyers ahead of time; 4. Every time we've bought properties, the agents usually drop off a goodie bag, that has not happened this time around - this gives the buyer a feeling that the sale was merely transactional and there was no going the extra mile; 5. We were tracking the property on realestate.com.au - there were no updates posted on the listing through the stages of the purchase - e.g. "under contract" or "unconditional" etc.
