If you need a hardworking , committed and persistent Resl estate lady then Sam Neilsen is your lady ! Our property sales went far from smoothly thanks to the buyer and we were faced with many challenges to see our sale finalised . Settlement changed twice , again from buyer, legal challenges were faced yet Sam worked with us every step of the way to see the sale finalised , all be in 2 weeks later and our entire home contents in limbo with the removalist. We’re finally in our new home and settling in and grateful, firstly for the record price Sam achieved for our property , but for her continued support .
