As interstate sellers, we expected the process of selling our Gold Coast (Upper Coomera) property was going to be fairly complicated. But from our first meeting with Brad, we felt reassured we would be in good hands. Brad provided a clear plan to prepare the property for sale and run the marketing campaign. He answered all our questions with great patience and genuine interest and gave us the confidence we could make key decisions without any pressure. Once the campaign began, Brad’s team swung into action, organising tradespeople to help prepare the home for sale. Chloe was an amazing campaign manager and was in contact on a daily basis. She was efficient, resourceful, responsive, professional and a joy to work with. Brad was always available if required. Once the home was ready for sale, the marketing stage commenced and we were very impressed with the staging, photography and promotion. We received prompt updates on open home inspections and offers. Thanks to the team’s efforts, we received a few offers within the first week on the market, one of which we accepted. On reflection, we are so pleased to say our experience has far exceeded our initial expectations and a lot of this has to do with the efforts of Brad and his team. I asked one question. ‘Is there a working remote control for the garage door?’ Shane answered ‘yes’ which was an absolute lie. He had never even seen or held a remote control for the garage door for the house at this point because he hadn’t even obtained all the keys for the house from the previous owners. I’ve owned the house three weeks now and I still cannot open and shut my garage door. Shane has done nothing to remedy the issue. Next step, REIQ and Queensland Office of Fair Trade complaint.
