Brad was super confident and enthusiastic with an excellent track records of results in Upper Coomera. Brad's team were amazing, excelling in timely communications and prompt feedback. Their systems and procedures were slick and left us feeling confident in our decision to choose Ray White as our sales agency. The process generated more than a dozen pre-auction offers and on auction day we achieved more than our reserve. I think the auctioneer could have squeezed a little more juice from the orange by switching to smaller bid offers closer to the end. I recommend sellers negotiate a sliding scale for the sales commission, rewarding outstanding performance and saving if the hype does not meet reality. We live interstate, but communication via a WhatsApp chat group worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend Brad and his team to any prospective sellers and would not hesitate to use them again. 11 stars out of 10. Thank you for selling our home!
