When you live 750km from the house you wish to sell, you are placing a lot more trust in your agent than would normally be expected. Selling a property is one of the biggest decision but not with me. i have sold a few investment properties in the past but my residential property was the most successful one. i have thought that i have spent too much for the reno but Tina believed that it was worth it. Well, she has proved with the result. i have been updated quite often via text messages, emails, calls....etc and that was more than what i expected. i thought she has texted me too much but NO none of them was unnecessary. Tina made me feel that she was selling her own property with little care on each corner. Tina does not work 9-5 hours as i remembered she contacted me in the early morning 7:30AM or after hours 7PM for the urgent matters in regards to the sale. i highly recommend Tina O'Connor to everyone and she was the best selling agent out of 5 Ray White offices that i have dealt with.

Tina kept us informed throughout the sales campaign via both verbal updates and more formal written notes of inspections, feedback, buyer intentions and other relevant sales within the area.
