When you live 750km from the house you wish to sell, you are placing a lot more trust in your agent than would normally be expected. Tina was ideal for this situation, and it was not just being the open house agent, but basically the Project Manager for the massive makeover our tired looking terrace required. Coordinating painters, carpet layers, floor sanders, electricians, cleaners, while still taking all our calls and queries, shows an extremely professional person, extremely good at what she does. Selling a property is one of the biggest decision but not with me. i have sold a few investment properties in the past but my residential property was the most successful one. i have thought that i have spent too much for the reno but Tina believed that it was worth it. Well, she has proved with the result. i have been updated quite often via text messages, emails, calls....etc and that was more than what i expected. i thought she has texted me too much but NO none of them was unnecessary. Tina made me feel that she was selling her own property with little care on each corner. Tina does not work 9-5 hours as i remembered she contacted me in the early morning 7:30AM or after hours 7PM for the urgent matters in regards to the sale. i highly recommend Tina O'Connor to everyone and she was the best selling agent out of 5 Ray White offices that i have dealt with.

I would recommend Tina from Ray White unreservedly. Tina kept us informed throughout the sales campaign via both verbal updates and more formal written notes of inspections, feedback, buyer intentions and other relevant sales within the area. She was diplomatic, pleasant to deal with and responsive to queries and requests. I particularly appreciated her frequent updates on auction night in regard to the number of registered bidders. Combined with her calm and assured manner this certainly helped to calm our auction nerves.

I was selling my house in Sydney from a distance of 1000km. I really needed an agent I could rely on. Tina managed every little detail for me with complete efficiency. She organised painters, floor sanders, gardeners, cleaners and a handyman, as well as arranging the hire of furniture for the auction campaign. The results were stunning- she even chose the colour scheme- and her astute choices and attention to detail meant the house looked fabulous, and all achieved in less than 2 weeks! The marketing campaign that she coordinated ran smoothly and resulted in huge interest, with big crowds at each open house, and on auction day. She kept me well informed, with a weekly written report on the outcomes of the open homes. I found her honest and straightforward when discussing marketing and auction strategies, making negotiation easy for me. I was very happy with the effort put in by Tina & Harry on the sale of my mother's home in Annandale. They were always available whenever I had a query and always kept me up to date with what was happening. The marketing of the property was excellent and there were a large number of groups through at each open home as well as private inspections. I was told by a neighbour that there was usually a line of people waiting to get in. The auction was amazing with 29 registered bidders and the result was above expectations.
