I was very happy with the effort put in by Tina & Harry on the sale of my mother's home in Annandale. They were always available whenever I had a query and always kept me up to date with what was happening. The marketing of the property was excellent and there were a large number of groups through at each open home as well as private inspections. I was told by a neighbour that there was usually a line of people waiting to get in. The auction was amazing with 29 registered bidders and the result was above expectations. Tina - has been working on this sale for over 2 years - we were not really interested in selling our unit - thinking we would not get the price we were after - we were happy to hold on for another 10 years. When Tina provided us with the price guide and said what we could expect to achieve on the sale we were in a little disbelief at the dollars being talked about. Having quite a bit of experience in Property we decided to proceed with the sale and only sell at what had been indicated to us as a price guide. To Tina's credit - she persisted - even when it didnt look like we had any buyers for the property in the price guide range. Tina's estimate proved to be right in the end and we were able to sell our property at the upper end of the price guide range to some first home buyers. We were always impressed with Tina's professionalism and her communication skills - she would always return calls and was contactable 24/7. At no time did we ever feel that the sale of our unit was not important or a priority for Tina - she always was positive and enthusiastic about handling our sale. Our unit might only have been small fish in the big pond - but the way Tina persisted and handled our sale is a credit to Ray White and her skill as a Real Estate Sales Agent.
