Best agent ever
I moved from previous agent to McGrath Estate Agents Annerley/Yeronga, as my previous agent leased my property with wrong tenant (smoking inside, with smoke butt marks everywhere andd dirty blinds and fan; plus pet litters everywhere). Very happy with McGrath Estate Agents Annerley/Yeronga, they are very proactive and provide us assistance before we ask, which is an epitome of how an awesome property agent should be. Everyone who is reading this review should entrust your property with this agent, and you will experience what I have experienced.

Superb management
I have multiple properties leased through this agency and they are proactive in all matters in regards to property management. They have kept me fully informed and have always taken a keen interest in maintaining my assets in tip top order. I have had many property managers over the years but it would be hard to find a better one than this team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one who is contemplating a very professional team.

Great Agency.
I have been looking for Agency to rent out our Apartment, I call McGrath in my area and got immediate respond, we set up a meeting in very short time frame and the information’s and professional advice we have received was that what I have been looking for. Very satisfy experience with the agent communication and commitment to us was excellent, the Apartment was tenanted with in one week! What more can I say? Very Happy.

Nice staff

Fabulous Service from purchase of property through to rental.
I recently purchased a property through my agent Kelly Turner, the whole experience was so effortless from the viewing to the offer. Kelly was extremely professional and her follow up on all of my queries was answered in a swift manner. Kelly is very personable and it felt like I was her only priority, with nothing being too much trouble...what a refreshing feeling that was. Just prior to settlement date, we were then contacted by Alicia Wilson regarding the rental of our property, it was put up on their website and within 1-2 days, viewings had been set up and the property was rented. Again Alicia was very professional, fast with all of her correspondence and I can only add that this was just such a joy to work with such a focused and professional agent, from purchase all the way through to rental, I could not be happier and would highly recommend McGrath Estate Agents of Annerley/Yeronga
