Outstanding. I cannot recommend enough. Very professional service and a credit to the McGrath Brand.
As an owner /investor of a property i purchased through this agency, i was impressed by all dealings i had with Alicia and Sharon and the McGrath team. Living in Sydney and looking to let the property as an investment to be rented i decided to use McGrath as my rental agency because of the great service i had purchasing it. I couldn't have been happier with Alicia and Christelle Hobbs and the McGrath team. Its nice to know that whilst i live far away i have a team looking after my investment and keep me regularly updated and are prompt responding with any issues and provide fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Good experience with good results
we used McGrath to let out our family home in Yeronga. The team and Alicia were great. Very easy to manage communicate with and we secured great tenants in a matter of weeks. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Below Average Agency
As a Property Manager they struggle to maintain staff and keep up with admin. Condition reports not done on a regular basis. Only form of communication is email. They seem reluctant to phone even if their emails do not illicit a response. Would not recommend for Property Management.

Amiee is my property manager and she is amazing. She goes well beyond what I expected. She is great to deal with and if I have any concerns she gets on to them straight away.

Helpful and prompt in communication
McGrath has been a really good agent for my property. They are prompt in working out maintenance issues on the property and letting me know when there is an issue with the tenants, they check with me when arranging inspection times and also seem to handle things well day-to-day so that I don't have to step in.

Excellent Agency
Over the last few years since we entrusted our property to McGrath we have found Alicia and her staff to be always efficient, courteous and reliable. We have never had any real issues but if there has been any need for clarification on anything at all we have always been dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally . I fully recommend McGrath Property Management.
