After extensive research, we engaged Bevan as our realitor based on his proven performance both in the number of local sales and the sold prices he achieved. I did my own research when looking for an agent to sell my property. I was initially tempted to choose an agent with a cheaper commission but at the last minute decided to trust my gut instinct and go with Geoff and so glad I did. Geoff was right on the money with the right strategy to price my property. He had a contract on the first day and two more at the first open house. This is the seventh property I have sold and by far the easiest process thanks to Geoff. If I had any questions Geoff responded if not straight away then within an hour or two. An honest and grounded agent. He's there to do a job, and he does it bloody well. No nonsense, eyes always on his goal. Bevin is without a doubt the best agent I have ever encountered. He has a horde of tradesmen & contacts to get your property sale ready. He is always ready to answer your questions and allay your fears. He will even drop by the property on his days off (with his two wonderful chuldren) just to check the property's progress. 10/10 would use again.
