Ian contacted me after I placed a callout on Local Agent Finder. I was selling a property in Queensland, but am based in Melbourne so I really had no idea about agents in the area. During our initial call, I knew Ian was the agent my husband and I needed. He was knowledgeable, thorough, upfront and honest, and didn't overpromise.
