Ian went above and beyond to help me Sell my home in Wilston. He was very thorough with the selling process and in my opinion in the current market we achieved a very good price. As I lived 2 hours away from the home I was selling Ian would actually do the final clean for the mid week inspections and keep the friendly scrub turkey at bay!! Ian was also very informative after each Open House Inspection with impressive record of all attending and interest show from prospective buyers.
