Damon is a very personable and helpful agent. He was very helpful during the sales campaign and open house and was always punctual and did what he promised. Damon proved to be less impressive on knowing the market in our price bracket and in advising us on how to proceed. We belief that the negotiation process at the auction was flawed insofar as Ray White did not heed our suggestion to go back to the potential buyer with a counter offer closer to their last bid and were, in the end, unable to negoatiate an improved offer from the low last bid at the auction. While we acknowledge that it was our decision to put the house "on the market" at the auction, with the benefit of hindsight Ray White did not give us appropriate or any advice with the resultant sale considerable below where we have subsequently seen the market. All in all we are very disappointed with the price received for our house. An additional issue that we fouind very distracting was that while the auction was actually in progress people were being taken through the house by Ray White resulting an inability to have an uninterrupted proper and private discussion with the agent or among ourselves as to how to proceed.

Alexander was one of the few real estate agents I met who was honest and upfront. He was realistic , unlike the other guys in this industry who I received unsatisfactory services from them, Alex helped me to understand the demand and made decision on that basis.
